Refund policy

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks & Disputes: Customers must follow our Refund & Return Policy before filing any chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to do so may result in the dispute being rejected.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, earrings)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Chargeback Abuse

If a customer files a chargeback without first requesting a refund or return according to this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny future orders from the customer

  • Contest the chargeback with proof of delivery and communication records
